Pictured left to right here is Grant, Day and James. Cath (Client Service), Ben (Art Director) and Pete (Writer) had worked together since the early 90s before kicking Grant Day James off in 1996 with a handful of staff and a fast growing client list. Since then, the families have expanded (that’s Cath’s beautiful third child pictured in arms and the cheeky second-born in the doghouse), the business has grown and the GDJ team has swelled accordingly. The three directors continue to work in the business alongside the team.
