A proposition you can’t ignore

Met with great success, our EVP recruitment lunch saw the gathering of our recruitment clients who are either currently, or have previously been involved in Employment Value Proposition (EVP) development. Guest speaker Penny Burke, Director and founder of Essence Communications, immediately captured our attention with startling facts on the future of recruitment strategy and the importance of an effective EVP.

Penny drew on her 22 years of experience across our industry, and her recent book Forced Focus (The Essence of Attracting and Retaining the Best People) to cut through a plethora of facts and studies and deliver a clear message - companies must place a higher priority in attracting and retaining suitable candidates, as well as understanding the generational shifts in attitudes towards employers and employment.

We’re keen to be part of our clients’ EVP journey “ we get why it’s important and have the knack of developing a strategy that works. We enjoy bringing EVP messages to life, and with a little help from Penny our clients are understanding the importance of this tool better than ever before. If you’re interested in finding out more about our EVP work drop us a line.
