The eDIRECT approach.

With the emergence of the digital platform as a primary research and communication tool it’s essential to employ new methods of attracting and retaining customers. Grant Day James does more than maintain a digital ‘presence’ for our clients; we strive to understand how to reach customers and effectively communicate in a relatively new domain. Above and beyond website and banner ads, we create a variety of digital communication tools for clients, designed for maximum (and measurable) results.

Among our most recent work is a specialist eDM piece (electronic Direct Mail) for Mazda. Designed as an email specific offer for existing customers who hadn’t purchased a vehicle for at least two years, the aim was to create renewed interest in the brand, whether it was through direct contact or referral to a friend or relative. To maximise the penetration a cross-section of cars was displayed along with compelling offers on an already impressive product and brand.

With every eDM our Intelligent Tracking software is employed, enabling the thorough tracking and reporting on campaign progress – for example 38% of recipients opened the eDM in the first 24 hours of receiving it. As more and more clients are finding, an eDM from GDJ can do wonders for your brand. To find out more drop us a line.
